Rules for entering Broken World [Manga]
I just wanted to make a new rule about Broken World’s Manga and whether or not you are able to join.
Guidelines:
1. I’m setting up the KarmaMOD again. You must have either 0 or positive karma.
2. If you are banned/ were banned in the past and you haven’t seemed to have changed, you can’t be in Broken world until a change in behavior is noticed.
3. No one currently banned can enter.

Well, I set them up because I don’t want anyone who is… hated here to be in it, and if you were banned, what’s the point on being in a spotlight, ya know? XD
