I actually never understood WHY I liked the Sonic series...

Although I can say, his ability to fly is AWESOME.

My friend's theory is that, back in the '90s, it was popular to give cartoon characters gloves.

MY theory is it was a way to get around the, "Does Sonic have fingernails, or claws?"
If he doesn't have toes, i guess he has no claws...
